Synopsis: A grocer is looking for his brother, a small merchant who disappeared. While the drama of the film goes in an atmosphere of investigations and suspense, the indepth story deals with corruption and misuse of humanitarian aid. It also exposes arms’ trafficking which fuels civil wars.
